Tahoe200 Race Report
Altitude Sickness. Snow, rain and hail. 205 long, well-earned miles around Lake Tahoe at or above 8000′. Bleu endured two days of being unable to eat and slept only 11 hours while racing the Tahoe200.
He finished in just 87h:35m:21s, putting him 2/3rds of the way through his Triple Crown of 200s – three 200 mile ultramarathons in as many months.

Do you ever find yourself asking this question, albeit in different terms? I do, and I want to acknowledge that I can do better.
As athletes, we inadvertently question others’ motivations and performance, which divides our community and segments user groups.
I think that if we can all be more respectful of one another and our individual pursuits, we can grow healthy communities within our sports that foster growth and participation.
Let’s all do better.
